2.) You have permission from any recognizable person in the image to submit the video, and have the parent or legal guardian’s approval if the person is a minor. 
3.) You agree to allow your entry, in its entirety, to be exhibited on the internet and in other media, without compensation. 
4.) You agree to allow your name and likeness to be used in connection with your entry, including exhibition on the internet or in other media, without compensation.  All entries are subject to the Microsoft Service Agreement/Terms of Use and Windows Live Spaces Code of Conduct.
